Agent Maximizer Plan – You pay a flat fee per transaction
Pro Assist Plan – You pay the percentage-based fee included with the plan
No matter your plan, you keep 100% of any bonuses, admin fees, or other negotiable compensation.

FACT #2 – About Escrow Deposits (Rentals & Sales) 🏦
Escrow deposits are collected only if Xcellence is named as the escrow agent or handling the closing:
Rental Transactions: Xcellence Realty collects rental deposits when acting as escrow agent.

Sale Transactions: Xcellence Title collects sale deposits when we’re the closing agent or listed as escrow agent.

💡 If we're not handling the closing or named as escrow agent, we do not accept escrow deposits.
FACT #3 – About Property Management 🏘️
Xcellence Realty does not provide property management services to clients.
However, our agents are free to:
List properties for rent 🏠
Assist tenants in locating rental homes 🔍
It’s a great way to grow your pipeline while helping clients with their rental needs.
FACT #4 – MLS Data Entry Access 🖥️
Xcellence agents are empowered with direct access to enter and modify listings via MLS.
You no longer need to wait on office staff.
📌 Please note: Some Realtor Associations may require you to complete a short MLS training before granting access.
FACT #5 – Revenue Share Program 💰
Xcellence Realty offers a lucrative revenue share program when you help grow the company by attracting new agents.
Our top Brand Ambassadors earn $5,000–$10,000+ per month in revenue share, in addition to their own commission income.

Xcellence Realty Independent, Inc. is a separate brokerage operated by the same ownership group as Xcellence Realty.

To submit a request:
Log in to the Xcellence.com platform
Click on Xcellence Realty
Then click on Tools, Training, and Resources
Select Toolbox — you’ll be automatically logged in through single sign-on
Click on the Virtual Assistant Services widget and submit your request
This service is available exclusively to Pro Assist Plan members and is one of the many ways we help you work smarter, not harder.
FACT #9 – How and When You Get Paid 💼💵
Getting paid at Xcellence Realty is simple and fast:
Option 1 – Get Paid at Closing:
Inside Realty Hub, submit a Request to Get Paid at Closing at least 3 days before closing.
✔️ We approve it
✔️ You send the letter to title
✔️ They pay you directly at the table
Option 2 – Check Comes to Office:
We issue direct deposit the same day we receive your check. No delays.
