Both For-Sale Signs and Business Cards can be customized directly in BrandStudio, which is available inside your Toolbox on the Xcellence.com platform.
🔍 To access BrandStudio:
Go to Xcellence.com
Click on Xcellence Realty
Click on Tools, Training, and Resources
Select Toolbox
In Toolbox, open BrandStudio
Choose either the For-Sale Signs or Business Cards category
Pick the template you like (e.g., with or without a photo)
Customize it with your contact info and photo
Download the Commercial Print File to send to your preferred printer
🪧 For-Sale Signs – Recommended Vendors
You’re free to use any printer you’d like, but here are two vendors we recommend:
✅ BuildASign
BuildASign already has several Xcellence Realty sign templates pre-loaded. You can skip BrandStudio if you find a version you like.

If you design your sign in BrandStudio, you can upload the final file directly to Oakley when placing your order.
💳 Business Cards – Recommended Vendor
You can design your business card in BrandStudio and print it with any printer of your choice.
✅ Markful
Markful offers a collection of pre-designed Xcellence Realty business card templates. You can choose one and order directly, no design work needed. Their premium card stock (including extra-thick options) is a favorite among many agents.
